Mount Scott

Mount Scott

8.40 minutes, New Zealand, 2017

Four adventurous young kiwis were selected by the Antarctic Heritage Trust to attempt to summit the heavily-glaciated Mount Scott on the Antarctic Peninsula. The Trust's purpose is to conserve and encourage the spirit of exploration, and the expedition aimed to inspire other young people with a modern day adventure tale that honoured early explorers such as Captain Robert Falcon Scott for whom the peak was named. The team comprised of youth development leader William Pike, broadcast journalist Isobel Ewing, Royal New Zealand Airforce officer Sylvie Admore, Captain/Film-maker Simon Lucas. This is there journey.
