Wildlife and the Wall

Wildlife and the Wall

Film Session(s)

5 minutes, United States, 2017

“Wildlife and the Wall” addresses what is often left out of the conversation about the border wall – everything it would impact beyond immigration.

Director Ben Masters spent three months filming the landscape of the borderlands, exploring the uniqueness of the terrain in the region, and documenting the various wildlife species that would be impacted by the construction of a border wall.

The film offers a glimpse of what the landscape along the United States-Mexico border looks like, how it would be impacted by a physical border wall, and how some of the species in the area would be affected.
